BJJ event software

From registration to the final on the last mat: brackets, mats, and live points for every division.

Capabilities

Everything a BJJ tournament needs

Brackets with byes

Single elimination or round robin per division, with byes placed and advanced automatically as bouts finish.

Multi-mat bout order

Run round 1 across every division or finish one division at a time, and move whole blocks or single bouts between slots.

Points, advantages, and penalties

Table officials score from a phone or tablet; the scoreboard and public live page update instantly.

Call sheets for every mat

Athletes and volunteers see who is on deck per mat, so divisions keep moving without a microphone.

Public applications

A branded apply link with sport-ready forms, payment proof upload, and a review queue to accept, waitlist, or reject athletes.

Check-in and weigh-in

Mark athletes in on event day, record weights, and move missed-weight athletes into another class without starting over.

Public live page

Fans, coaches, and families follow results and the running order from one link, no account needed.

Verified records

Every finalized bout lands on the athlete's BoutBase history, so records follow fighters across events.

FAQ

BJJ promoter FAQ

Can BoutBase run several mats at once?

Yes. Each mat has its own queue, scoring screen, scoreboard, and public call sheet. MAT WARS 2 ran two mats with 97 athletes and 88 finalized bouts.

How are brackets built after weigh-ins?

Draw brackets from accepted or paid athletes per division. If an athlete moves class at weigh-in, BoutBase moves them between brackets without redrawing the rest.

Does it score points and advantages?

Yes. Officials score points, advantages, and penalties live, with submissions and decisions recorded as the result.

Can athletes register and pay online?

Athletes apply through your public link and upload payment proof or a reference; you confirm payment before drawing brackets.
